Shipping policy
The LAIKA online shopalready publishes a short shipping section. Below is a customer-facing policy that keeps those published rates, destinations, and timeframes, and fills the usual gaps (processing, tracking, address accuracy, duties, lost packages) so the page is clearer. Bracketed lines are recommended additions, not current public copy.

We do not ship to uncertain addresses
Shipping costs
U.S. economy:
• Orders under $50: $5
• Orders from $50 to $99: $8
• Orders of $100 or more: free shipping
U.S. 2-day:
• Orders under 6 lb: $25
• Orders of 6 lb or more: $30
International rates depend on destination and weight and are calculated at checkout. Shipping is charged in the currency shown at checkout and is non-refundable once the order has shipped, except where required by law.
Processing and delivery times
Delivery time is processing time plus carrier transit time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
[Recommended processing window, not currently published: most in-stock orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Pre-orders, limited drops, and made-to-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.]
Carrier transit, on average:
• U.S. economy: 5–8 business days
• U.S. 2-day: 1–2 business days
• International: 6–18 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, and customs can extend delivery. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. When the order ships, we email a tracking number and carrier link. Check spam if you do not see it. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for a complete, deliverable address. We ship to the address entered at checkout. Email angelmaraika48@gmail.com with your order number if you need a change. We can only update an address before the order is processed. We cannot redirect a package after it has shipped. Undeliverable or returned packages may be reshipped only after a new shipping fee is paid.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price, except where checkout shows an estimate or prepaid duty. Fees are set by the destination country, not by LAIKA. Refusing a package or failing to pay duties can result in the order being returned or abandoned; in that case, product and shipping charges are generally not refunded.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If tracking has not updated for several days past the estimate, or the carrier marks the package delivered and you do not have it, email angelmaraika48@gmail.comwith your order number. We will open a carrier inquiry. Claims usually need to be started within a short window after the expected delivery date.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email photos of the item and packaging, plus your order number, to angelmaraika48@gmail.comReplacements or refunds are offered at our discretion. All sales are otherwise final. Limited apparel exchanges may be available within 30 days if the item is unwashed, unworn, and tagged; email angelmaraika@gmail.comExchanges are not guaranteed, and extra shipping may apply.
Cancellations
Email angelmaraika48@gmail.comwith your order number to request a cancellation. We cannot cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
What this policy does not cover
Gift cards are not returnable. Cash is not accepted, and we do not issue cash refunds. Purchases outside the continental United States may incur taxes, tariffs, and other costs payable by you. Additional terms are in the Terms of Use at angelmaraika48@gmail.com
